CJC-1295 No DAC

Supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) white powder in a sealed sterile vial. Requires reconstitution with bacteriostatic water prior to use. Each vial contains 5mg of CJC-1295 No DAC at ≥99% purity.

CJC-1295 No DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a stabilised synthetic GHRH analogue consisting of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four strategic amino acid substitutions (D-Ala², Gln⁸, Ala¹⁵, Leu²⁷) that protect against DPP-IV degradation and extend biological activity. Unlike the DAC version, it maintains a pulsatile release pattern that more closely mimics natural GH secretion. It has been extensively researched and is known to stimulate GH synthesis and release, support muscle repair and growth, promote fat burning and improved metabolism, strengthen bone density, and speed up recovery — making it one of the most studied short-acting GHRH analogues available.

Research Background

Research has examined CJC-1295 No DAC's effects on the GH/IGF-1 axis, comparing its pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics with native GHRH and other analogues. Studies have investigated its half-life, receptor binding affinity, and dose-response characteristics in preclinical models. Its short-acting pulsatile profile makes it particularly well-suited for research protocols requiring natural GH pulse patterns. The peptide is frequently studied in combination with GHS-R1a agonists such as Ipamorelin, as GHRH analogues and secretagogues work through complementary receptor mechanisms to produce additive or synergistic GH release.
