GLOW

Supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed sterile vial. Requires reconstitution with bacteriostatic water prior to use. Each vial contains a 70mg three-peptide blend at high purity, combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 in a single formulation.

GLOW combines three peptides, each studied individually for skin repair and cellular renewal, in a single pre-blended vial. Each component addresses a distinct pathway: structural protein synthesis, inflammatory signalling, and angiogenic remodelling. GHK-Cu is the lead compound — an endogenous copper tripeptide whose concentration declines with age (from ~200 ng/mL at age 20 to ~80 ng/mL at 60) — studied for stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis, accelerating wound healing, and modulating gene expression linked to dermal repair. BPC-157 contributes anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective activity. TB-500 contributes angiogenic and cell-migration properties studied for structural remodelling.

Research Background

GLOW targets collagen and elastin synthesis, antioxidant defence, fibroblast activation, and extracellular-matrix remodelling. Research using these peptide components has investigated gene-expression modulation relevant to dermal regeneration, tissue repair, and cellular-senescence research. GHK-Cu's influence on gene expression is studied for shifting aged skin biology toward a younger repair state, while BPC-157 and TB-500 extend the blend's research utility to inflammatory signalling and vascular/migration mechanisms — allowing researchers to study structural, inflammatory, and angiogenic pathways within a single research protocol.

Key Research Areas
Collagen & elastin synthesis — GHK-Cu studied for stimulating structural protein production
Dermal gene expression — GHK-Cu's influence on gene expression is studied for shifting aged skin biology toward a younger repair state
Wound healing & skin repair — all three components studied for epidermal repair via complementary mechanisms
Inflammation modulation — BPC-157 studied for reducing inflammatory signalling in dermal tissue
Cellular turnover — studied for improved dermal cell turnover and microvascular supply
Studied Mechanisms
Copper ion cofactor activity supporting fibroblast and collagen synthesis (GHK-Cu)
Upregulation of antioxidant defence and DNA-repair genes (GHK-Cu)
Cytoprotective, anti-inflammatory signalling at the dermal tissue level (BPC-157)
Actin-sequestering, pro-migratory activity supporting angiogenesis (TB-500)
Combined/additive signalling across structural, inflammatory, and vascular pathways
